REFUND POLICY
At Pines restaurant we try our best to serve our customers with fully satisfaction by providing fresh and delicious meals prepared under the strict quality and hygiene standards.
Due to Pines restaurant is for the professional training purpose, our customer satisfaction is the first priority for our future improvement. If there is anything wrong with your order for any reason, or you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order at [email protected] or call us on 9267 7219.
We strongly advise our customers that the deposit is not refundable in the case of cancellation of the booking day. However, we will refund 70 percent of the deposit when the cancellation is made before the booking day.

HYGIENE/PRESENTATION POLICY
We Pines restaurant have a high standard of Hygiene policy. We will achieve this policy successfully by:
* Food preparation, handling and storage areas are kept clean and food handlers maintain good standards of personal hygiene at all times
* All foods are properly cooked (especially meat) and temperature checked.
*Foods are stored at the right temperature and under the right condition.
*All practices are monitored by the supervisor occasionally and when we have some problems we will address it and solve promptly
*Temperature check must be done every day and need to be signed
To comply with industry expectations, students shall maintain a very high standard of personal appearance and shall adhere to the uniform regulations as detailed below.
*Hands must be carefully washed before, during and after preparing food.
*Uniform should be washed and freshly ironed before the commencement of each shift.
*Shoes should be polished and in good condition.
*Plain black shoes with non-slip soles must be the only shoes that can be use. Sandals, slippers, running shoes and thongs should not be use for workplace health and safety reasons.
*Black socks must be worn. No white or colored socks are permitted.
*Name badges must be worn at all times.
*No excessive perfume, after shave or deodorant to be used.
*Hair must be well groomed and styled neatly. Long hair must be pulled back behind the ears and tied back.
* No jewellery should be permitted apart from wristwatch, stud earrings and engagement ring.
*Tattoos and body piercing must not be visible
*Fingernails should be trim at a moderate length and doesn’t have nail polish or nail art.
BOOKING POLICY
We highly recommend our guest to book in advance as our seats are limited for the Pines restaurant. In the case of booking a large group of people, we advise you to pay 5 dollars per person for the deposit fee in advance. Please do not hesitate to call on 9267 7219. If we miss your call please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

* Coffee opens from 10am to 2pm
